By downloading, installing, or using the myDiploma mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service
myDiploma is an educational platform designed to help users prepare for driving license examinations through:
- Interactive quiz questions and practice tests
- Progress tracking and performance analytics
- Study reminders and notifications
- Exam readiness assessments
- Road sign reference materials
The App is provided as a Freemium service with:
- Free Tier: Basic features with advertisements
- Premium Tier: Full access to all features without ads (via in-app purchase)
- Rewarded Ads: Option to watch video ads for temporary ad-free experience
User Eligibility
Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- Users under 18 should have parental consent
- The App is primarily designed for driving license candidates (typically 16+)
Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must maintain the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You May
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Create one account per person
- Share feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Access the App from multiple devices using the same account
You May NOT
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
The features and functionality of the App (including but not limited to):
- User interface and design
- Logos, trademarks and branding
- Software code and algorithms
...belong to myDiploma and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Note on Questions and Images
The questions and images used in the tests/quizzes in the App do not belong to myDiploma. They were created based on the official questions from the Ministry of Transport and Communications (YME) and the intellectual property rights belong to the respective entities. They are used exclusively for educational purposes within the App.
Your Rights
- You retain ownership of any content you create (profile information, notes)
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
- This license is for personal, non-commercial use only
- The license terminates when you stop using the App or violate these Terms
Premium Features and Payments
In-App Purchases
- Premium features require a one-time or subscription payment
- Prices are displayed in local currency before purchase
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- We do not directly handle payment information
Advertisements (Free Tier)
- Free users will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob
- Ads may be banner ads or rewarded video ads
- You can remove ads by purchasing premium or watching rewarded ads
- Ad content is controlled by AdMob, not by us
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
Disclaimers and Limitations
Educational Purpose Only
- The App is a study aid, not official exam preparation
- We do not guarantee you will pass your driving exam
- Content may not reflect the latest official exam materials
- Always refer to official sources for authoritative information
No Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions or content
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)
